the rotors you are referring to are specific to the hubs, not the brakes. the brakes will accept any rotor from the major manufacturers. you only need the centerlock rotors if you are using shimano centerlock hubs.

you mean rotors, right? no, rotors are not included. you can use these brakes on any hub.

you're talking about 73mm cranks. try finding 83mm cranks for that price and you'll be singing a different tune.
